Looking for an old Rock Island RR marker planted in Nichols in 1922. . . The Marker reads . . . 1852-Rock Island Lines - 1922 - The memorial tree planted nearby is dedicated to F. P. Washburn (a Conductor) who helped and worked for the railroad going through Nichols. Does the city know of this marker and where it might be seen. . Thank you .
