Warsaw, Indiana was founded in 1834.
Was originally called "Red Brush."
1836 Town was laid out.
John B. Chapman named the county, selected Warsaw as the site for the county
seat and named the town, Warsaw.
Population in 1850 - 304.
Orthopedic Capitol of the world.
April 13, 1934 visited by John Dillinger who stole three bulletproff vests and two
revolvers.
Located in Northern Indiana along the historic Lincoln Highway.
Twice named as one of the "Top 100 Small Towns in America."
Population over 11,000
