Please be advised that effective for arrivals July 1 2009 and on, tax for room nights at this property will increase to 12.416 percent, due to the Transient Accommodations Tax increase of 1 percent. Situated at the ocean's edge of Keauhou Bay and bordered by the two Championship Golf Courses at the neighboring Kona Country Club, the Outrigger Kanaloa at Kona is the perfect retreat for travelers to Hawaii's Big Island. This gated resort is sprawled among 16 acres of lush gardens and manicured lawns and offers three swimming pools, each with its own hot tub, two lighted tennis courts, a recreation and lounge area and barbecue facilities. Each of the spacious low-rise one- and two-bedroom condominium units are designed for privacy and casual living with a large private lanai and wet bar, fully equipped kitchen with microwave oven, washer and dryer and ceiling fans. Keauhou Shopping Center is located in walking distance for your convenience with additional shopping and dining just a short drive away in Kailua-Kona town. Front desk hours: 8am until 8pm daily. Please contact the front desk on the day of arrival if you expect to check in after 8pm.
