Unveiled in October 2007, the renovated restaurant pays tribute to the Mansion's historic character while blending contemporary design elements. Chef John Tesar's contemporary American cuisine features dishes prepared with regional ingredients.
The Chef's Room
In the Mansion's new Chef's Room, Executive Chef John Tesar offers his most creative and luxurious dinner presentations.
The Bar
For cocktails, comfort cuisine and a stylish atmosphere, the newly renovated Mansion Bar delivers. Guests are offered an extensive list of wines and cocktails and a menu that includes items such as lobster fritters, mini hamburgers and foie gras sliders.
Pool Terrace
