The Best Western Normandy Inn and Suites is centrally located in the heart of Downtown Minneapolis. The hotel is six blocks from the Metro dome Stadium Twins and Vikings, and the Minneapolis Convention Center. All major government, banks and commercial buildings are an easy walk from the hotel as are Orchestra Hall, the Orpheum and State Theatres, the Target Center and other downtown entertainment venues. Our guest rooms and suites are spacious, clean and very comfortable. Each of our spacious rooms has been carefully designed with both the business and leisure guest in mind. Our new suites are elegantly appointed with 32 inch flat panel televisions, state of the art bathrooms with walk in showers and a sleeper sofa in the sitting room areas. Wireless high speed Internet access is available in all rooms free of charge. The Normandy Kitchen is a full service restaurant and lounge featuring upscale, but casual American dining at reasonable prices. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served seven days a week. The hotels inviting garden atrium features a heated indoor swimming pool, hot tub and sauna. The hotel also features an exercise studio complete with cardio machines, and free weights. Parking is conveniently available at seven dollars per night, with unlimited access privileges utilizing a parking voucher provided at check in. The light rail line to the airport and Mall of America is located three blocks from the hotel. The cities renowned skyway system is accessible across the street. Our guests enjoy extra goodies at bedtime when we serve freshly baked chocolate chip cookies with cold milk at 10:00 p.m. We are easily accessible from I 94, I 35W and I 394. Light rail, shuttle and taxi service are available to and from the Minneapolis St. Paul airport.
