    From: north. Cross the Cooper River Bridge and continue on Highway 17 through downtown Charleston. The road turns into Savannah Highway. The BEST WESTERN Sweetgrass Inn is on the right, three miles from Ashley River Bridge. Look for the palm trees and our famous tower. From: south. Entering Charleston area on Highway 17, go underneath Interstate 526. After the overpass the BEST WESTERN Sweetgrass Inn is three miles on the left side of the street. Look for the palm trees and our famous tower. From: west. When entering Charleston area, take Interstate 526 exit towards Savannah in North Charleston, continue to the end of Interstate 526. Go through the first light and make a left at the second light which will be Savannah Highway. The BEST WESTERN Sweetgrass Inn is three miles on the left side of the Savannah Highway. Look for the palm trees and our famous tower.
