    The Bistro at La Tourelle  The Bistro at La Tourelle features locally sourced meats dairy produce and beverages. Breakfast is served daily featuring omelets oatmeal crusted French toast pancakes waffles and eggs served any style. Luncheon menu features light spa fare and build your own sandwiches and flatbread pizzas. Weekend Brun John Thomas Steakhouse  John Thomas Steakhouse is located in a 150 year old farm house on the grounds of La Tourelle and features prime dry-aged beef live Maine lobsters chicken and fish.     • La Tourelle is adjacent to Buttermilk Falls State Park. Hotel hiking trail connects to Buttermilk trail system. Hike the spectacular Gorge Trail with it is many small waterfalls ending at Buttermilk Falls.
