Muddy Moose is log cabin lodging at its best. We offer one two and three bedroom log cabins. All are masterfully constructed tastefully decorated and wellappointed in every way. Aside from the fully equipped kitchen each cabin has a washer and dryer dishwasher gas fireplace covered porch BBQ and much much more. Most of our cabins are dogfriendly so there is no need to leave the pooch behind. There are over five miles of groomed hiking and snowshoeing trails. Guests can not say enough about their trek to Jacobs Brook and Ravine which features a series of spectacular waterfalls breathtaking in every season. If you prefer a less rigorous jaunt take a walk through the pasture. Enjoy the lovely pond mountain views and summertime wildflowers. Our Moose Barn recreation barn is another big hit. There is something for everyone. A pool table shuffle board table foosball arcade games checkers and chess area attraction brochures and a collection of hiking guides and books about Vermont culture. Our property is located at the end of a country road in Morrisville VT. Our quiet town has a surprising number of quality restaurants events and shops. And while we are happily off the beaten track we are easily accessible to activities and attractions in Stowe Montpelier Burlington and beyond. Muddy Moose is a family run lodging business. Your hosts Christine and Chuck are readily available before during and after your stay to assist you in any way.
