Located on the sunrise-side of Mackinac Island with over 18 acres of lakefront property - you will find something for everyone. Mission Point features the most diverse set of amenities available on Mackinac Island - from a full service spa to a quite famous movie theater - and a massive lakefront lawn with activities for families and adults alike. Add to that over 38000 square feet of event space across the resort - and you will find the property is also ideal for weddings - meetings and events of all sizes. Featuring guest rooms and family suites - the accommodations and hotel follow a classic Northern Michigan lodge motif with modern twists throughout. Four restaurants await guests of Mission Point - from a quick bite at Lakeside Marketplace to fine dining experiences at Chianti Italian Restaurant.
There are two lodges for guestrooms the Main Lodge and the Straits Lodge. Standard rooms in both lodges are 300 square feet and feature a vanity - bathroom - and recently upgraded soft goods - except the Garden Queen rooms which are a cozy 200 square feet. Lake View King rooms feature only views of Lake Huron available on Mackinac Island. Family Suites in both lodges begin at 450 square feet and are available for larger parties and include two bedrooms with a shared bath. Family Suites have an array of possible bedding configuration with most being a King Bed plus Two Twin Beds - and additional features such as a private outdoor hot tubs are available. Additional Signature Suites are available for that extra touch of space and in-room features.
