We are Tybee s ONLY beachfront Hotel. We offer a complimentary continental breakfast each morning. Each room has a microwave and refrigerator as well as coffee pot inroom safe hair dryer and free wifi. Enjoy our beachfront pool and sundeck as well as our Shipwatch Lounge game room. We also offer beach chair umbrella and bicycle rentals. We have a 72 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within 72 hours of the reservation date or do not cancel your reservation and fail to arrive a penalty equal to the first night will be charged to the credit card used to secure the reservation. Please understand that we must ask that you take responsibility for your own reservation. We are not responsible for damages to your vehicle or any items left in your room. We have inroom safes for your valuables. We do not allow smoking in our rooms or pets on our properties. A minimum of USD250.00 cleaning surcharge and all costs relating to the loss of revenue while the room is not rentable will be charged to your card if evidence of smoking or pets in the room. Any costs relating to cleaning repair or replacement of damaged items is the responsibility of the guest and will be assessed to your credit card upon discovery as well as the loss of revenue while the room is not rentable.
