Our 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom condos are located in the Gatlinburg Summit condo complex on top of the mountain near Ober Gatlinburg overlooking downtown Gatlinburg with breath taking views of the Smoky Mountains. Gatlinburg Summit is approximately 4 miles to downtown Gatlinburg and approximately 3 miles from our office address. The 3 bedroom 2 bath condos have Queen beds in the main bedrooms with either two Twin beds or a Queen bed in the loft and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Each unit has a balcony flat screen TVs seasonal wood burning fireplace and a full kitchen. The 2 bedroom 2 bath condo has Queen beds in each bedroom and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Gatlinburg Summit has a heated outdoor pool as well as a heated indoor pool two indoor hot tubs and a sauna. Coin laundry is available onsite. The 1 bedroom condo is located at the Olde Gatlinburg Place condo complex walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg a block and a half away from the Aquarium. Olde Gatlinburg Place is approximately 1.3 miles from our office. The unit has flat screen TVs seasonal gas fireplace soaking jacuzzi tub and a kitchenette with a two burner electric stove top and mini fridge. Olde Gatlinburg Place has an outdoor heated pool kiddie pool and outdoor hot tub. Coin laundry is available onsite. Guest must call property no later than 72 hours prior to arrival to receive key code and special checkin instructions. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of booking. We are an independent vacation rental company and we do not conduct business from the front office located on property therefore all questions comments and concerns should be directed to Relaxation Properties. The address on the reservations will be for the front office only. Our 1 bedroom condo is 1.3 miles from the office and our 2 and 3 bedroom condos are all in the same complex and are 3 miles from the office.
