Each Cottage is newly renovated and features a great ocean view, full kitchen, bedroom, sleeper sofa and flat panel TV with DVD player. Little River is located just two miles south of the Village of Mendocino, and boasts dramatic ocean vistas, natural flora and fauna and outdoor activities ranging from kayaking and biking to quiet walks on the beach. Check-in is at 4 00 PM. Guests planning to arrive before or after this time must contact the property at least 48 hours prior to arrival to receive special check-in instructions.
