A circa 1930s-style french mansion house located on three acres in historic Port Tobacco. Rosewood Manor is the Bed and Breakfast of Choice in Charles County Maryland for the discerning traveler. A 45 minute drive from all the major attractions in Washington, D.C., 20 minute drive to National Harbor, 12 minute to Waldorf, Maryland, home of Regency Stadium Blue Crabs , and 8 minutes to the College of Southern Maryland and Civista Hospital. Enjoy the quiet beauty of this country estate and still be minutes from major shopping malls, small shops, eateries, fine restaurants,ball games at Regency Stadium, concerts at CSM Fine Arts Center, plays at the Port Tobacco Play House, and Charles County History and tours. We strive to make your stay comfortable and memorable. All rooms are spacious, luxurious with private baths, includes continental breakfast and free parking. Our Corporate Suite is self-contained with large bedroom, bath, kitchen, living room, dining room, and separate entry. Three elegant multipurpose rooms are available and can accommodate up to 100 120 quests. Check-in is at 4 00 PM. Guests planning to arrive before or after this time must contact the property at least 48 hours prior to arrival to receive special check-in instructions.
