Located on the quiet side of Destin and directly across the street from the Gulf of Mexico, each unit sleeps up to six with hall bunks. Property amenities include private balcony, fully equipped kitchens with microwaves, seasonally heated pool, on-site laundry facilities and some units include washer/dryer. Wi-Fi internet is available in unit with a fee. Beach Service is available upon request with a fee - includes 2 beach chairs and umbrella setup. Please note that a USD 81.59 cleaning fee will be collected at check-in. Check-in is 4pm, check-out is before 10am. Check-in at 35000 Emerald Coast. Persons booking unit must be over 25 and occupy unit for entire rental period. No singles under 25 without guardian.
