Property Description
Early every morning, across the street from the Kihei Akahi condominium, visitors start their day with a walk along the beach as the sun peeks out from behind the top of Haleakala. The ocean is very calm at that time in the morning, except for a gentle swell that will expend itself along the beach. The first swimmers go in, some just for the pure enjoyment, others for determined exercise. Soon the first beach chairs and umbrellas are opened, people staking out their part of the beach for another gorgeous Maui sunny day to come. Sunset in Kihei - Sunsets have a special attraction here in Kihei. Some visistors have to put their toes into the sand at the beach to enjoy those last beautiful moments before the sun dips behind Lanai Island. Others sit on the terrace at one of several watering holes, multi tasking with a tropical drink and the conviviality of new found friends. No one is immune to this magical moment when time seems to stop briefly.
