Grand Crowne Resorts, a family favorite, is perched atop a 20 acre Ozark mountainside, overlooking the multi million dollar Thousand Hills Golf Course and the Branson skyline. These modern condominiums offer a Wi-Fi hotspot and are conveniently located just three blocks from the famous entertainment district of Branson- Highway 76, also known as The Strip. One, two, and three bedroom floor plans are available with jetted-tubs, private balconies, private baths, fully-furnished kitchens, great rooms, and washer/dryers. Other resort amenities provide coveted services such as golf, spas, indoor pools, concierge services and activities centers. Check-in is located at the Surrey Grand Crowne Towne Center 405 State Highway 165 South, Branson MO. Please note that condo rentals are not guaranteed to be available right away at 4pm. There may be times when access to your condo is unavoidably delayed due to preparation or maintenance issues. The front desk at the Surrey Grand Crowne Towne Center is open 365 days per year, 24 hours per day for resort reservations. Grand Crowne properties have limited pet units. Therefore, if the guest is found with a pet in a non-pet unit, the company reserves the right to charge the guest a USD 300.00 penalty. Designated pet units are limited to two dogs, 80 pounds or less. At the time of check-in, guest must provide a USD 75.00 refundable deposit. Front desk staff will provide details on the refund of your deposit. Pet boarding and/or check-out is imminent for violators. Check-in is at 4PM. Check-out is at 10AM.
