Summerchase is a beachfront property offering 2 and 3 bedroom condos. Amenities include- Large outdoor pool, a childrens pool, indoor hot tub, outdoor tennis courts, fitness center, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, furnished balcony and parking. After a busy day enjoying the area and having fun in the sun, come back to your own condo at Summerchase and enjoy the convenience of a home away from home. Summerchase provides guests with superior accommodations right on the picturesque sugar white sand and azure waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Resort location within close proximity to check-in facility. If arriving after 8pm, please call 251-968-7158 in advance to make after hours check in arrangements. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check in. Parking is limited to two vehicles. A USD 58.00 resort fee will be collected at check-in. Please note the following parking fees collected at check-in- 1 bed units- USD 30.00. Maximum 1 vehicle limit. 2bed and 3 bed units- USD 30.00. Plus USD 30.00 charge for extra vehicle. Maximum 2 vehicle limit. Check-in begins between 3pm and 5pm on your schedule arrival date. Rooms are not guaranteed to be available right away at 3pm. 1 bed and studio units are alotted only one pass. Please notify us at 1-251-968-7158 if you plan to arrive after 6pm to make arrangements for a late check-in. Upon your arrival, your accommodations packet will be in our convenient late check-in box. A visit to Gulf Shores and Orange Beach offers the perfect balance of non-stop activity and lay-around-doing-nothing time. Whether you are interested in spending your vacation golfing, fishing, shopping or visiting important places in history, you can do it all in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores.
