Property Description
Mission Park 3 and 4 bedroom homes are spacious, beautiful and well maintained, making them perfect for a fantastic family vacation. The fabulous screen-in pool and deck area are just right for maximum enjoyment and family entertainment. Our homes make an ideal retreat for large family vacations. Extra fees that will be collected at time of check-in- Cleaning Fee- 75.00-85.00 USD Resort Fee- 40.00 USD Check-in time is from 3pm-5pm on the day of arrival. Please check-in at the office, please have a state issued valid ID and credit card used for rental. Information needs to be verified. If checking in after 5pm, please come back by 9am the next business day. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. There is a lock box in front of the office for after hours check-in. Once booking is confirmed you will receive the information. This wonderful condo is located in the gated community of Mission Park. You will be able to enjoy all the comforts of home with the pleasures of being away, and take advantage of the wonderful community pool open from March until November and a play area for children.
