    Rhythm & Blues Restaurant and Bar  Located in the hotel, our restaurant serves a variety of dishes and offers an extensive beverage menu. Check out our daily specials! The restaurant is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast hours: 6am until 11am Lunch hours: 11am until 4p Rendezvous  A Memphis tradition since 1948. Friday lunch features complimentary red beans and rice. Famous charcoal broiled pork ribs, chicken, beef brisket, and Greek salads. Wine and beer available. Tuesday through Thursday 4:30pm until 10:30pm, Friday 11am until Blues City Cafe  Ribs, steak, catfish and tamales. Has been featured on the Food Network and the Travel Channel. Flight Restaurant and Wine Bar  Innovative concept of food served in three part "flights", a method of sampling and comparing entrees, desserts and wines. Lunch dishes are named after cities.
