Built in 1812 the Wolfeboro Inn combines the charm and ambiance of a country inn with the style and amenities of a fullservice resort. Beautifully restored and expanded the inn is located in the heart of the village of Wolfeboro The oldest summer resort in America nestled on the eastern shore of Lake Winnipesaukee.
The Inns fortyfour guest rooms are individually decorated and distinctively different. They range from the original rooms above the tavern to modern elegant countrystyle rooms and spacious suites. Many have views of Wolfeboro Bay- all have private baths phones cable TV Coffee makes Irons with ironing boards and individually controlled heat and airconditioning. Lovely and relaxing common areas with a firep laced lobby and beautifully landscaped grounds add to the enjoyment of our guests.
Wolfes Tavern an authentic New England pub is Wolfeboros most popular place to spend an informal afternoon or evening. Enjoy hearty New England far from our extensive menu and choose from our famous beer list featuring over ninety beers from around the world. Relax and dine in one of our three fireplaced pub rooms at our bar or on the patio. Wolfes Tavern is open every day yearround for breakfast lunch and dinner. Sunday brunch is served yearround.
