THE POOL IS CLOSED FROM 12012013 THROUGH 01302014 The Prime Rate Motel is an indoor property which offers clean quiet and comfortable rooms at reasonable rates throughout the year. We are located in Burnsville Minnesota which is a south suburb of Minneapolis. Our friendly staff can direct guests to many closeby tourist sites such as the Mall of America the Metrodome stadium and more. The property has a heated indoor pool whirlpool and sauna. Free wireless internet is also available throughout the building for guest use. Guests are welcomed to unlimited coffee tea and hot cocoa 24 hours a day with donuts and rolls in the morning. We also have many restaurants within walking distance and a 24 hour restaurant next door. Nonsmoking rooms are available with one or two queen beds. There is also a guest laundry and video games to entertain anyone.
